Can employees hand work to each other?
Not on their own. A task belongs to the employee you gave it to. To bring someone else in, take the brief to their chat.
- Ask the employee you're talking to (often Iris) who should take the job. They'll name the person and write a short brief.
- Copy the brief.
- Open that person in Chat and paste it.
Iris and Nadia can see the recent part of your conversations with the rest of the team and your open tasks, so they can tell you where things stand and plan with it. The others see only their own conversation with you.
On a call with several employees, each one hears only what you say to them, not each other.
