Write during a call
The Chat panel beside the call writes to the person on the stage. It is separate from the call and isn't saved.
- What you type goes to the person on the stage; click another seat to write to them instead.
- It is separate from the call: what is said aloud doesn't appear in it, and what you type isn't spoken on the call.
- Press the bars icon in the box to record a voice message; the reply comes as text and a short voice note.
- Typed messages are answered as in Chat, in the language you write in. Voice messages recorded there are answered briefly, in English.
- The panel isn't saved after the call, but the employee takes notes from it, as from the call itself.
