Cancel a paid plan
There is nothing to cancel yet. Once paid plans are on sale, you cancel in Settings and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Paid plans aren't on sale yet, so there is nothing to cancel. When they are, cancelling will be in Settings → Billing: the plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again.
