Change or add a password
Settings → Account → Change password. It is also how an account made with Google gets a password.
- Open Settings and the Account tab.
- Under Security, press Change password.
- Set the new password. You come back to Settings with “Password changed.”
- Signed up with Google? This is how you add a password to your account.
- Your other devices are signed out when the password changes.
