“Paused by the safety limit”

An internal limit on how much one employee can do in an hour. It isn't a charge, and it lifts by itself.

  • Each employee has an internal limit on how much they can do in one hour, so a runaway job can't go on unchecked.
  • Nearing the safety limit in Activity is an early warning.
  • Paused by the safety limit means that employee has stopped for now; they pick up again within the hour.
  • It isn't a charge and has nothing to do with your plan. The rest of the team keeps working, and calls and task writing aren't affected.
