What an employee remembers
At the end of a conversation the employee writes a few short notes: your name, how you like to work, details of your project and the decisions you made. Next time they read the notes before answering, so you pick up where you left off instead of starting from scratch.
When notes are written
- When you leave a conversation: switch to another employee, leave Chat or close the tab.
- When you close the Iris window on the Dashboard.
- During a chat, when the employee decides something is worth keeping.
- After a call, from what was said on it.
Each employee has their own memory
Notes are kept separately for each employee. What you told Sofia, Sofia remembers; Daniyar hasn't heard it. Tell each person what their part of the job needs.
Iris and Nadia, who plan and coordinate, can also see the recent part of your conversations with the rest of the team and your open tasks, so they can tell you where things stand.
Memory after a call
A call is turned into notes and then discarded: Vott keeps no audio, video or transcript of it. When at least one detail was remembered, Activity shows a Call summary, for example “Your call with Priya Raman was wrapped up — 2 details remembered”, and that employee gets a blue dot in Chat.
Notes are not your chat history
| Chat history | Memory notes | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | The conversation itself | A few things worth carrying forward |
| Kept for | 12 months from each message | Until you ask us to delete them, or the account closes |
| To delete it | Yourself: Settings → Account → Delete chat history | Write to privacy@vott.work |
Deleting the chat history doesn't delete the notes.

Questions
Does every employee know everything I said?
No. Each employee keeps their own notes. Iris and Nadia can also see the recent part of your conversations with the rest of the team and your open tasks; the others see only their own conversation with you.
Do they remember me on another device?
Yes. The notes are kept with your account, so the employee reads them whether you come back on your phone or on your computer.
Can I see or delete what they remember?
There is no screen for it yet. Write to privacy@vott.work from the address you sign in with, and the notes are deleted. Deleting your chat history in Settings doesn't delete the notes.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Vott doesn't train or fine-tune AI models on your data, and sets its providers up not to train on it wherever their terms allow.
Do they remember calls?
They remember what matters from them. After a call the employee writes notes from what was said; the audio, video and transcript are not kept.
Try it with your own task
The free plan includes one real task, 5 voice minutes and 2 video minutes. No card needed.
Vott is software: every employee is an AI agent, not a person or a freelancer.
More of what Vott does
AI employees you can video call
See who you're talking to: each Vott AI employee has an AI-generated face and voice. Call one or the whole team, agree a task out loud, get notes after.
AI employees you can talk to by voice
Call an AI employee by voice, or send a voice message in chat. They answer out loud, keep notes from the conversation and take a task you confirm.
