Are calls recorded?
No. Vott keeps no audio, video or transcript of a call — only a few notes the employee takes from it.
- Your voice goes to the AI in real time, so the employee can hear and answer you.
- When the call ends, what was said is used once to write memory notes, and is then discarded.
- If you confirmed a task on the call, its last part (up to 40 messages) is saved with the task so it can be written.
- How long you talked is recorded, to count minutes.
- Vott never uses your camera.
Our call provider sees your connection details. It keeps call metadata (when a call started and ended, connection quality) for 30 days, and may keep samples of call audio for up to 12 months to improve its noise and voice processing — see the Privacy policy.
