A reply didn't come, or stopped halfway
Most of the time it is a length limit, another reply still being written, or a signed-out tab.

| The reply ends with a note about the length limit | Reply “continue”. |
| “… is still answering in their conversation — send when they finish.” | Wait for the other employee's reply to finish, then send. |
| “Create an account or sign in to talk to …” | You are signed out in this tab. Sign in. |
| Nothing arrives | Check your connection and send again. |
| The employee says it can't do something | See What employees can and can't do. |
