Is my chat history saved?
Yes, for 12 months from each message, so a conversation is there on any device. You can delete all of it in Settings.
- What you write and what employees answer is kept with your account for 12 months from each message.
- Chat shows the latest 200 messages with each employee. When replying, an employee reads the last 40.
- The chat beside a call is not saved.
Delete your chat history
- Open Settings and the Account tab.
- Under Danger zone, press Delete chat history.
- Confirm with Yes, delete it all.
