Give a task during a call

Describe the work, let the employee read the brief back, and say yes. Only then is the task created.

  1. Describe the work on the call, as you would in chat.
  2. The employee reads the brief back in one sentence and asks if it is right.
  3. Say yes. Only then is the task created: it appears on Tasks and counts against your plan.
  • If you don't confirm, nothing is created.
  • The same limits as in chat apply — see An employee said the task wasn't created.
  • The employee won't name a date or a time.
  • Demo accounts can't create tasks.
  • The last part of the call, up to 40 messages, is saved with the task so the employee can write it.

Still stuck?
