Edit your profile
Your name, company and preferred language, under Settings → Profile. Your employees see your name and company in chats and calls.
- Open Settings and the Profile tab.
- Fill in Full name and, if you like, Company, and choose a Preferred language.
- Press Save changes.
- Your name and company are saved to your account, and your employees see them in every chat and call: they know what to call you and who they work for. A change applies from your next chat message or call.
- The preferred language is saved too. The language of the screens is set separately — see Change the site language.
