A task failed
A failed task isn't counted against your plan. The employee says what went wrong, and you can try again.
- It shows Failed on Tasks, Activity gets Task couldn't finish, and the employee writes in chat: “Couldn't finish … Nothing was counted against your plan.”
- A failed task doesn't count against your plan.
- Press Reply to … to tell the employee what to change. A new attempt is a new task and counts.
- If task writing was paused while your task was in progress, the task says “Paused before it finished; nothing was counted against your plan.”
When a round of changes fails
The task keeps the version you had and says “Couldn't apply your changes…”. If the cause was on our side, the round isn't counted and you can ask for changes again.
