Paying for a plan
Paid plans aren't on sale yet. Until they are, nobody is charged, and new accounts start on the free plan.
In Settings → Plans the paid plans say Opens when payments do, and Billing says that no card has been charged. Until payments open, nobody is charged: new accounts start on the free plan, and a few older accounts have a larger allowance at no charge.
When they open, you will choose a plan right there in Settings. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax or VAT is added where it applies, and you see the total before paying.
The Russian and Kazakh versions of the site show prices in tenge.
