Vott in Russian and Kazakh: the site, the help, the prices

Vott's site, app screens and help center now come in Russian and Kazakh. How to switch, what stays in English, and how the prices and documents differ.

Vott now has a Russian and a Kazakh version beside the English one: the home page, every screen of the app, the help center and the legal documents. If your colleagues or clients read Russian or Kazakh, you can send them to the site in their own language. Here is what changes with the language, and what doesn't.

How to switch

  • In the app: press your initials at the top right and choose English, Русский or Қазақша.
  • On the sign-in and sign-up pages: the EN menu at the top.
  • On the home page, the legal pages and the help center: the tab at the right edge of the screen.

The Russian site lives at vott.work/ru and the Kazakh one at vott.work/kk; the English pages keep their addresses. To send someone a Russian page, put /ru after vott.work, as in vott.work/ru/help. The choice you make with the switch is remembered in this browser for a year. Until you choose, the site follows the browser: one set to Russian or Kazakh opens that version. See Change the site language.

The help center is the same in all three languages: 63 articles, with screenshots in the language of the article. The language of the screens is kept in the browser, not in the account, so each person picks their own.

The two are independent. A colleague in Astana can read every screen in Kazakh and still write to Iris in English, or the other way round. Settings also has a Preferred language under Profile: it is saved with the account, while the screens follow the switch above. See Which language do employees speak?

Prices and payment

The English site lists prices in US dollars, plus tax: $39, $149 and $449 a month. The Russian and Kazakh site lists them in tenge — 18 000 ₸, 68 000 ₸ and 204 000 ₸ a month — and those prices are final, with nothing added on top.

Paid plans aren't on sale yet in any language: their cards in Settings say Opens when payments do, and nobody is charged. Once payments open on the Russian and Kazakh site, you will pay by card through Robokassa, on Robokassa's own page, which opens in Russian; Vott never receives your card details. The free plan is the same in every language: 1 task, 5 voice minutes and 2 video minutes a month, with no card. See Paying for a plan.

Documents and support

The English site has its Terms, Privacy policy, Refund policy, Acceptable use, Subprocessors and AI disclosure. The Russian and Kazakh site has its own set, written for Kazakhstan: a public offer in place of the Terms, a privacy policy, a document on payment, access and refunds, the acceptable-use rules, the list of subprocessors, the AI disclosure, and a page with the company's contact details and particulars. Both sets come from the same company, Novon Tech LLP in Almaty. See Terms, privacy policy and other documents.

Support is at support@vott.work in every language. The Russian and Kazakh help center also lists a phone line, +7 708 888 5447, Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 Almaty time.

Try it with your own task

The free plan includes one real task, 5 voice minutes and 2 video minutes. No card needed.

Vott is software: every employee is an AI agent, not a person or a freelancer.
